Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

StreamHalla Pro is billed monthly at $30 USD via Stripe. Your billing date is the date of your initial subscription and recurs on the same date each month.

No Prorated Refunds

We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then lapses.

First-Charge Refund Window

If you subscribe and decide within 7 days of your initial charge that StreamHalla is not right for you, you may request a full refund of that first month's payment. To do so, email admin@bunshin.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

This window applies only to the first charge on a new subscription. Subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge made after a cancellation you had already confirmed — contact us at admin@bunshin.io and we will investigate and correct it promptly. These cases are not subject to the 7-day window.

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@bunshin.io with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster that way. If we cannot reach a resolution, you retain the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
