Terms of Service
1. Overview
StreamHalla ("the Service") is an AI-powered VOD analytics product operated by Bunshin Development Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account & Authentication
The Service uses magic-link email authentication — no passwords are created or stored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. You may not share your account or provide access to others.
4. Free Tier
First-time visitors may run one VOD analysis without creating an account. This free credit is tracked on a best-effort basis using browser cookies and IP address — some leakage through these signals is expected and accepted. After the credit is used, further analyses require a paid subscription.
5. Pro Subscription
StreamHalla Pro is billed at $30 USD per month through Stripe. A subscription gives you:
- Unlimited on-demand VOD analyses
- Daily auto-monitoring of up to 3 streaming channels
- Email notifications when new reports are ready
- PDF export of all reports
- Per-streamer trends and historical comparisons
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before increasing the price.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Pro access until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued unless described in the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Analyze content you do not have the right to analyze (e.g., private or unlisted VODs you do not own or have permission to access).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's AI models, prompts, or scoring algorithms.
- Submit large volumes of automated requests in a way that disrupts the Service or degrades the experience for other users.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
8. Third-Party Platforms
The Service fetches publicly available chat replay data from Twitch, YouTube, and Kick via their official APIs and authorized browser-based methods. We do not download or store video content. Your use of third-party platform data through the Service also remains subject to each platform's own terms of service.
9. AI-Generated Content
Reports are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude Haiku). Results are analytical suggestions intended to support your streaming practice — they are not guarantees of accuracy, audience growth, or any particular outcome. AI outputs may occasionally be inconsistent or incorrect. Use your own judgment when acting on recommendations.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your streaming content and the VOD URLs you submit. You also own the coaching reports generated for your account and may use them freely. We retain all rights to the StreamHalla platform, brand, codebase, prompts, and scoring methodology.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bunshin Development Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $30 USD.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bunshin Development Studios LLC and its principals from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bunshin Development Studios LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
